This policy describes cookies and similar technologies on chatassist24.com. It complements the live cookie inventory generated by our consent-management tool, Complianz. The website is operated by Rubén Teruel Córcoles (contact: contact@chatassist24.com).

Cookies are small data items stored by the browser; similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device identifiers. Some are technically necessary for the requested service, while analytics, advertising or other optional tracking technologies generally require your prior consent.

3. Cookie inventory and duration
Cookie names, owners, purposes and storage periods can change when WordPress, WooCommerce or external services are updated. For the technical inventory produced by the website’s consent tool, consult the Complianz cookie list, which includes names and indicative lifetimes by provider. This inventory is subject to periodic scanning and verification; it must be updated whenever new services are enabled.
4. ChatAssist24 demo
The public demonstration uses fictional data and may temporarily hold interface settings in the browser to display a live preview. These demonstration preferences are not a licence to collect real personal details. Please avoid entering real personal or payment data in the demo.
5. Choice and withdrawal of consent
When non-essential cookies are proposed, you can accept, reject or configure them using the Complianz banner. Accept and reject must be equally accessible, and optional categories must not be preselected. You may withdraw or modify your choice at any time using the permanent “We use cookies” / cookie settings control on this website, or through your browser’s cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. External purchases
Freemius payment checkout has not yet been activated. If it is activated, its essential checkout/security cookies and the privacy and cookie terms of the transaction provider will be disclosed as appropriate before sale; this policy and the live inventory will be reviewed at that time.
