This notice identifies the provider and establishes the terms of access to https://chatassist24.com, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

1. Purpose and scope

This website presents ChatAssist24, its features, a demonstration environment, technical documentation and information about free and planned paid versions. Access to the website does not itself create a paid subscription. Paid purchases will only be possible when a checkout is enabled and its terms are clearly displayed before payment.

2. Website use

Visitors must use the website lawfully, without interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, collecting other users’ personal data, distributing malware or using the demonstration environment to perform harmful activities. We may take proportionate security measures when misuse is detected, without prejudice to users’ legal rights.

3. Intellectual property and software licences

Texts, trade names, logos, commercial presentation and original website materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. This does not limit legally permitted uses or the permissions granted by open-source licences.

Any distributed ChatAssist24 software is subject to its applicable licence terms. Where components are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open-source licence, the rights to use, copy, modify and redistribute the covered code remain intact. Paid plans may cover access to additional services, updates or support to the extent permitted by their applicable terms. WordPress and WooCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Information and availability

We seek to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Demonstration content, statistics and example products are fictional, and do not represent actual client orders or transactions. The website and demo may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

5. External services and links

This website may contain links to other services and an external payment or licence-management platform when sales are enabled. Those third parties apply their own policies. Users will be informed of the contractual provider and conditions before completing a purchase.
